Terms of Service

1. Introduction Welcome to Staffify, LLC ("Agency"). By engaging with our virtual staffing services, you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Services Provided Staffify, LLC provides virtual assistant ("VA") staffing services, including candidate screening, background checks, and the provision of virtual assistant candidates tailored to the Client's requirements. The Agency will make reasonable efforts to send a sufficient number of qualified candidates to satisfy the Client’s needs.

3. Meetings and Support

Systems Check and Audit: The Agency will conduct an initial assessment to review the Client’s processes and identify potential improvements.
Systems Sync and Implementation: A follow-up meeting will be held to integrate the Client's systems with the VA's workflow and implement necessary changes.
Onboarding Support: The Agency will assist in onboarding the VA to ensure a smooth transition.
Additional Training: The Agency provides general best practices training to the VA to assist in the transition process and help to adapt the hire to the Client's business requirements.

4. Candidate Screening

Background Checks: The Agency conducts customary background checks before presenting candidates to the Client.
Screening Process: Candidates will be vetted based on the Client's requirements, including skills, experience, and cultural fit. Acceptance of a VA after the Client’s interview confirms the selection.

5. Communication Integration The Agency will facilitate communication between the Client and the VA to ensure seamless workflow integration. The Agency currently uses Slack as the primary communication platform.

6. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable service fee upon executing this Agreement.
All payments made are non-refundable, and funds are allocated to sourcing and screening suitable candidates.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to the Client's decision to discontinue the search.

7. Service Finality Clause The Agency’s role is limited to candidate screening, background checks, and recommendations. The Agency does not guarantee a specific outcome or performance of the hired VA. The Client is solely responsible for the final hiring decision.

8. Confidentiality Both the Agency and the Client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement.

9. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, no refunds will be issued, and all fees for services rendered up to the termination date shall be deemed fully earned.

10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

By engaging with Staffify, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
