1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Staffify's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chareth Consulting, LLC DBA Staffify ("Company").
2. Services
The Company provides virtual staffing and consulting services to clients worldwide. Services include but are not limited to virtual assistance, project management, and administrative support.
3. Independent Contractor Relationship
All virtual assistants (VAs) are independent contractors, not employees. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and permits required to perform services.
4. Compensation and Payment Terms
Payment schedule: 15th and 30th of each month
Pay periods: 30th/31st paydays: 11th-25th of previous month
15th paydays: 26th of previous month to 10th of current month
Compensation discussions must only be conducted with authorized Company representatives
Unauthorized compensation negotiations will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Work Schedule and Attendance Schedules will be established per client requirements One-hour unpaid lunch break included Two hours advance notice required for absences. Failure to provide proper notice may result in formal warning.
6. Confidentiality and Proprietary Rights All client information strictly confidential Work products are Company's exclusive property Contractors assign all rights to work created during service Confidentiality obligations continue after contract termination
7. Non-Solicitation and Direct Hiring Contractors shall not: Solicit direct employment from clients Accept direct hiring proposals without Company notification Negotiate independent contracts with Company clients Violations may result in: Immediate contract termination Legal action for damages

8. Benefits PTO eligibility after three months of service Additional benefits as specified in individual contractor agreements
9. Termination 30 days written notice required for termination Company reserves right to terminate immediately for violations All Company materials must be returned upon termination

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Florida state law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Boca Raton, Florida courts.
11. Modifications
Company reserves right to modify these Terms with notice to contractors. Continued service constitutes acceptance of modifications.
