You’ve found people worth meeting. Onboarding turns that shortlist into a hiring plan, with the workflows and support your agency needs.
WHAT YOUR INVESTMENT COVERS
More than an introduction.
- Define the role. Align responsibilities, tools, working hours and what success looks like.
- Check the fit. Review experience against your actual workflow and confirm availability.
- Meet your shortlist. Coordinate candidate interviews after onboarding payment.
- Prepare the handoff. Plan job-specific workflows, onboarding and support around your chosen hire.
Candidates already in the marketplace still need a role-specific fit review. Your selection does not reserve a particular person. If they are unavailable, we’ll discuss suitable alternatives.
Ongoing staffing is separate.
Hours, staffing rates, start date and optional benefits are agreed separately before work begins. This checkout covers onboarding for one hiring search, not multiple placements when you shortlist more than one candidate.

Standard one-time fee: $2,499 USD

Save $400 during your initial checkout. Final eligibility and total are confirmed before Stripe opens.

Ending an initial checkout forfeits its discount. Going back from Stripe does not automatically end it.
Clear terms before you pay.
- Scope: One onboarding engagement for one hiring search. A shortlist of multiple people does not purchase multiple placements.
- Payment gate: Onboarding must be paid before candidate interviews or hiring proceed. Payment does not schedule an interview or guarantee a named candidate.
- First-checkout offer: $2,099 USD instead of $2,499 USD. Eligible only for the first checkout associated with the supplied email and browser. Refreshing resumes the same checkout. The offer ends when you explicitly end that checkout or its 24-hour payment window expires. A new checkout uses the standard fee. Clearing cookies does not reset an email’s eligibility.
- Staffing costs: Separate from onboarding and agreed before placement starts. This checkout does not initiate recurring staffing charges.
- Fees and cancellation: Under our service terms, fees are non-refundable unless your Engagement Agreement specifies otherwise. Ask us before paying if you need a different arrangement.
- Replacement support: Covered replacements follow your Engagement Agreement; they do not incur a new onboarding fee. Coverage is not a refund of this fee.
