- Engagement information — details you share about your business, your hiring needs, and the role(s) you're exploring with Staffify.

Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected through standard server logs and analytics tools.
- Cookies and similar technologies — small data files placed on your device to enable site functionality, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Site features may not work as a result.
- Calendar booking data — when you book a call through Calendly, Calendly shares your email, name, scheduled time, and any answers you provided in their booking form with us.

- Upstash — database storage for subscriber and booking records.

- Calendly — discovery call scheduling.

- Google — analytics and search console functionality.
- Anthropic — AI assistance used in operating the Site and generating editorial content.
- Professional advisors such as accountants, lawyers, and insurers, where reasonably needed.
